Hey there! I’m glad you found me here.
Now that you are here, let me give you a glimpse of what I do!
Yeah! Not only are they still around but these beasts are live and kicking as well.
I have been taming this bull for the past twelve years.
Financial Services sector is heavily built around mainframes.
As a COBOL developer I have been working with DXC Technology (formerly Computer Sciences Corp.) on their state-of-the-art insurance suite Wealth Management Accelerator, or wmA in short.
While COBOL, JCL, and DB2 had been earning me my bread and butter, open source projects have caught my attention of late.
WordPress and Hugo are two of my favourites in the list.
I am an AWS Certified Solutions Architect as well.
What a wonderful place this Cloud is!
The evolution of cloud services has made life easy not only for the corporate sector, but it’s opened the flood gates for small time developers and open source enthusiasts.
For the past couple of years, I have been really fascinated with this accelerated growth, with special interest Amazon’s Web Services (AWS).
As a matter of fact, this website, as well as my blog site has been hosted using solely the AWS infrastructure.
Aha! What do I do when I am not coding?
I draw, and occassionaly upload them on my blog.
Do visit the blog and let me know what you liked (or what you didn’t)!
